    This Articles of Association legal form is suitable for use when you are forming a company limited by shares.

    These Articles of Association comprise the `Model Articles` introduced by the Companies Act 2006 (including all changes in October 2009), and can be used when setting up a limited company registered in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, after 1 October 2009.
