Delivery Promise

With the exception of furniture orders (see below), we offer FREE NEXT WORKING DAY courier delivery on all orders over £35 (inc VAT) that are received by 2pm and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Excluding weekends and bank holidays. All orders placed below the value of £35 will incur a delivery charge of £5.28 Inc. VAT.

This delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery to non UK mainland (i.e. Channel Islands, Ireland) and overseas are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable.

All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for. We are very sorry but we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order beyond the delivery window of 9:00am to 5:30pm. However, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.

Your order can be tracked online the day after despatch but excluding weekends and bank holidays. Instructions on how to track your order will be included in an email that we send you once the order has been despatched.

Furniture orders

Some furniture and storage items are delivered direct from our suppliers. These items can take a little longer to arrive – usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation, an estimated delivery date and contact details for the supplier. In addition, for furniture orders, you will be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. More info
