Dams International offer a 7-10 working day (from point of order being received at Dams)delivery and installation service.
Dams International will contact the customer on behalf of Ryman, to arrange delivery and installation of order.
Once a delivery date has been agreed, Dams will visit the customer premises and build the goods ordered.
The space where the furniture is to be fitted must be clear. Dams will not move any other furniture or electrical/computing
equipment, as we are not insured to do so.
Customer signs Proof of Delivery note, making sure that all goods have been inspected prior to signing.
Dams will remove all packaging, and leave the office space ready for use.
Should any goods be damaged, the Proof of Delivery note must be signed accordingly.
Dams International will then re-order the damaged goods, and re contact the customer to arrange to revisit with good stock.
Again, the customer should inspect the furniture and sign the Proof of Delivery note accordingly.
Once the Proof of Delivery note has been returned to Dams, with all signatures stating that goods are in good condition, and the
customer has agreed by signing, no replacements will then be offered, should the customer find fault at a later date.
This does not affect the standard warranty period for the furniture.
Dams offer:
5 year warranty on structural items, such as leg frames.
2 year warranty on moving parts, drawers etc.
1 year warranty on fabrics
Should a customer report a fault within the warranty time frame, Dams will send a service engineer
to the customer premises, to ascertain if the problem is manufacturing or abuse.
If the problem/fault is down to manufacturing, the parts will be replaced.
If the problem/fault is found to be customer abuse (IE not using the goods in the correct manner)
the parts will be charged for.
