We have stores located throughout the UK from Penzance to St Andrews.

Our Store Manager positions offer a fantastic opportunity to lead and work with the store team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the store achieves its sales plan and maximises net contribution; this will be achieved by providing high standards of display and branch presentation, offering the optimum levels of customer service and product knowledge and by implementing all Ryman systems, procedures, policies and regulations. You’ll also be responsible for training and developing your existing team and new starters.

We’ll expect you to come from a retail environment and have a managerial background. You’ll be confident in managing a store and have people management skills and knowledge.

 

Deputy Manager – Hammersmith, SW London
Deputy Manager – Tamworth, Midlands

This is a great opportunity for someone with a retail background at senior sales or supervisory level who is ready to take the next step towards a managerial position. You’ll work closely with the store manager support them to achieve their sales plan and maximises net contribution; this will be achieved by providing high standards of display and branch presentation, offering the optimum levels of customer service and product knowledge and by implementing all Ryman systems, procedures, policies and regulations. You’ll also be responsible for assisting the store manager with training and developing your existing team and new starters.

We’ll expect you to come from a retail environment and have relevant supervisory skills. You’ll be confident in managing a store and have people management skills and knowledge.
