We will aim to deliver all orders placed over the bank holiday weekend on the following dates:

We offer Free Next Working Day courier delivery on all orders successfully processed over £35 (inc VAT) that are received by 5pm and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

Orders placed below the value of £35 (inc VAT) will incur a small delivery charge of £4.75 (inc VAT).

Some items, such as furniture orders, are delivered separately and may take a little longer to arrive.




When will my order arrive?

We use FedEx to deliver all of our orders in the UK and internationally. If you have provided us with a mobile number then FedEx will send you an SMS (text) message on the day that your delivery is due.

Please make sure that you are at home to receive your order as a signature as proof of delivery is required.

Some postcodes in Scotland take a little longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. Unfortunately, UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.

What time will my order arrive?

FedEx deliver all orders between 9am and 5.30pm and they will send you an SMS (text) message on the day that they will deliver the order.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give a precise time during the day when the order will be delivered.

Tracking my order

Deliveries to Non UK Mainland addresses

Delivery to non UK mainland (i.e. Channel Islands, Ireland) are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable.

Delayed orders

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.

What happens if I am out?

All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for. We are very sorry but we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order beyond the delivery window of 9:00am to 5:30pm.

However, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.

Furniture orders

Some furniture and storage items are delivered direct from our suppliers. These items can take a little longer to arrive – usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation. In addition, for furniture orders, you will be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If a delivery date has been agreed but the delivery is not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply.

International deliveries

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for international delivery via the website. To place an order for international delivery, please call our sales team on 0800 801 901 (9:00 - 5:30, Monday to Friday)
