We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund provided that the goods are returned at your cost, all labels intact and in a proper resaleable condition* within 28 days of receipt**.

Always remember to retain a proof of despatch, when returning goods, should the package fail to reach us. Proof of delivery is not proof of goods received.

A refund will be made or goods exchanged following receipt of the returned items and always subject to their being in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in a fully resaleable condition.
