With the schools breaking up for the summer holidays, it can be a challenge to find ways of keeping the kids occupied.

Back to present day and most people get involved in some kind of clean up to give their home or workspace a detox.

We’ve been keeping ourselves occupied here in the Ryman office by making origami models. Originally developed in Japan in the seventeenth century, origami is the art of paper folding and is a great activity for kids which involves little more than a sheet of paper!

The Brother website has a series of easy-to-follow tutorials as part of their online origami School.

We started with the Lion and quickly moved onto the Fox and the Dog.
