With 8 resistance levels to allow you to take it easy or pick up the pace if you're wanting a tougher workout, just adjust the tightness of the adjustable screw to change levels.
Designed to fit 650C, 700C or 26"-29" tyres easily and featuring a tension knob on the back wheel to ensure it's held in place securely.
Finished with rubber pads on the feet to keep it in place and foldable for easy and compact storage.
