Installation Service Wired CCTV 4 Camera
The installation includes the setup of remote viewing on four cameras and a brief demonstration of your system.
The installation is completed by our Service Partner, Total Support Group (TSG) who carry out hundreds of electrical and technical installations every month.
All work is carried out to the highest standard to obtain the best possible functionality from the installed technology.
TSG will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to arrange the installation which is normally within 10 working days. Upon arrival the TSG engineer will carry out a site inspection and agree equipment positioning with you before commencing the installation.
All equipment must be available at the premises on the day and adequate power sockets are available near the DVR/NVR recorder.
A job sheet will be completed to ensure that you are happy with the installation before the engineer leaves the site.
We are unable to offer the installation service to the following areas;
Whilst our Standard Installation service covers most installation scenarios there may be instances when additional materials or a bespoke service is required. We call this a Non-Standard Installation.
It will only be evident whether an installation is Standard or Non-Standard when the engineer visits your property and assesses the work involved.
If the engineer determines that your installation is Non-Standard, any additional costs will be agreed with you before installation starts and will be charged at the point of installation where required.
A Non-Standard Installation may be where additional cabling or conduit/trunking, bespoke camera mounts, out of hours installation, specialised access equipment (e.g. hoists, lifts, etc.), or additional manpower for special heights is required.
Reasons for additional costs might include:
. Large commercial buildings such as warehouses and office blocks.
. Additional or extended video cabling.
. Bespoke camera mounting materials.
. Cable containment such as trunking, ducting and conduit.
. Additional equipment (excludes pre-supplied kit and materials such as clips, tape and sealant).
. Specialised access equipment and permits such as hoists, lifts and cranes.
. Outside of normal hours working (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
. 4x4 Vehicular access requirements to remote rural sites.
. Specialised equipment such as larger brackets, battens, base boards etc...
. Road closure including necessary permits.
. Additional manpower to overcome technical, lifting or safety access issues.
The CCTV system itself is covered by the Ryman product warranty and is not included within the installation warranty. Please contact Ryman Customer Services directly with any product related queries.
We provide a 12 month warranty on all new Standard and Non-Standard installations.
TSG reserve the right to undertake an "assessment call" without prejudice to investigate any customer complaints relating to materials failure or poor workmanship to assess whether the complaint is valid.
Assessment calls raised by the customer or Ryman for reasons outside TSG's sphere of influence are not covered by the terms of the standard installation and will incur the appropriate call charge for labour and additional materials.
