We all know how important it is to eat our veggies and fruit, but eating a minimum of 5 a day can be hard work especially if you are trying to get children to partake! We think blending up a juice could be the answer…

So what’s the easiest, fastest and yummiest way to eat a rainbow and ensure 5 a day? Juice it!
