We all know how important it is to eat our veggies and fruit, but eating a minimum of 5 a day can be hard work especially if you are trying to get children to partake! We think blending up a juice could be the answer…

It’s not all about eating our greens, we need to be munching down a whole rainbow. Apparently, all of the naturally occurring chemicals that give fresh fruit and vegetables their vibrant colours are the very things that keep us free from disease and bouncing around full of energy.
