If you have found a fault with your product or you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund provided the goods are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
We can’t accept returns of personalised items unless the products are faulty, as they will be tailored specifically for you.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Please return your item in a fully resalable condition - undamaged and in their original packaging and with the labels intact.
