Spacious in design, there is plenty of room for children and toys in this roomy playhouse and its robust construction will ensure that they enjoy it for many years to come. Conveniently tested to BS EN 71 (CE) the European safety standard for toys.

Featuring high grade, FSC certified timber and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat once you've agreed on a colour. Also, it is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a Tongue and Groove floor and OSB roof for longevity.

All fixings and mineral roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. Before you assemble your playhouse, you will need a solid, dry ground base which is flat and level to a sufficient size.
