Featuring five windows including one opening side window and a delightful dormer window, all of which allow lots of light. Classic in design, the A-shaped facia and two window boxes add beautiful finishing touches as well as the pretty mock antique hinges and diamond window detail to the door.

The upstairs area comes complete with balustrade, ladder and bannister rail. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. For further safety and well-being, the door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with styrene.

Robust and sturdy, it is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine, 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a tongue and groove floor and OSB roof.

Self assembly required and all fixings, mineral roof felt and installation instructions are provided. It is supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat once you've agreed on a colour. Before you assemble your playhouse, you will need a solid, dry ground base which is flat and level to a sufficient size.
