Made from FSC approved, high grade 12mm European pine with 34mm square framing, this playhouse is tested to BS EN 71 the European safety standard for toys.

This playhouse features two opening windows and a single door with ull length safety hinge and safety glazing which are all mortice and tennon jointed so are storm resistant.

The exterior features a large veranda and attractive shaped facias with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment to ensure this playhouse is ready for painting and staining when fully assembled.
