Using coloured pens, highlighters and washi tapes to add pops of colour will make titles stand out.

Creating a colour coding system can be useful – black for notes, green for study, blue for personal and red for planning etc.

Grade Tracker, Essay Planner and More!

What is a Grade Tracker?

Keeping track of your grades helps you to stay on top of your assignments and understand what really matters in each class.

Create a study log to help you to split your time between different courses. You can add in your goals stating how much time you would like to give to each course and compare it to how much you actually do. Use washi tape to create a grid to keep track of projects and essays handed in and the grade that you got for them.

Tracking grades will instantly highlight your weaker areas allowing you to concentrate on them.

How to Take the Best Notes Bullet Journal Style, Digital and More!

Note Taking Guide

Taking notes in your bullet journal can be a bit overwhelming to keep track of page numbers from textbooks to allow you to quickly go back to the source.

Using grid paper for notes makes things easier when writing or re-reading notes for any subject. Use sticky notes on your page to cover up certain information that you may need to learn and memorise.

When in lectures you will be taking notes really fast – use arrows to help lead your mind back along the right path in the midst of information overload!

ALWAYS date your notes to allow you to keep them in order and reference back by date of lecture.

Be consistent and keep headings to the left of the page. Go back in with coloured pens to highlight keywords – perfect for when you revise.
