Our delivery options
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet the needs of our customers, delivery charges for items delivered directly from Ryman are displayed within the delivery tab on each product and are also displayed on the checkout page when placing an order.
To help with our wide range of products, we also have a number of the items sold on our website that are delivered directly from our third party suppliers. Delivery options and prices for these items are clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Our deliveries typically take place during the following hours, Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00.
We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50 within 2-4 days use code FREEDELIVERY50 and we also offer Next Day Delivery. For third party suppliers please see below.

- Items marked as ‘Third Party Supplier Delivery’ are usually delivered within 2-4 working days but can be up to 15 days depending on the supplier. For Made to Order Furniture orders, you will be personally contacted regarding a delivery slot. Please note that our suppliers only deliver to the mainland UK

Due to unprecedented demand Next Working Day delivery will not be available for the forseeable future. You may find delivery takes slightly longer than expected but we do endeavor to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
We offer Free Next Working Day (Excludes Bank Holidays) courier delivery on all orders over £40 (inc VAT) that are received by 4pm and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

- Items marked as ‘Third Party Supplier Delivery’ are usually delivered within 3-5 working days but can be up to 15 days depending on the supplier. For Made to Order Furniture orders, you will be personally contacted regarding a delivery slot.

Orders placed below the value of £40 (inc VAT) will incur a small delivery charge.
Third-party supplier orders
To support our vast product range, some furniture and storage items are delivered directly from our third party suppliers, the delivery options available for these products are available within each product page.
- Some areas of the country may attract higher delivery charges due to their more remote locations.
Third party items are usually delivered within 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days.
The estimated delivery date is also available within your order confirmation
Our third party suppliers deliver to Mainland UK and if they have any postcode restrictions for your delivery they will make contact with you in advance.
Tracking my order
Your order can be tracked online, and you can look for the information in the email that we send you once the order has been despatched. This is the best way to keep an eye on your delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We use FedEx, Yodel, Royal Mail or XDP to deliver all of our orders. If you have provided us with a mobile number then the Courier may send you an SMS (text) message on the day that your delivery is due. A shipping confirmation email will advise on which courier service has been allocated.
If you have selected Next Day, Named Day or Saturday delivery, please make sure that you are at home to receive your order as a signature as proof of delivery is required.
Some postcodes in Scotland take longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. Unfortunately, UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.
Important information – Deliver to store
If you have chosen our click and collect service to your preferred Ryman Store, once your order is ready to collect we will send you an email. Our store colleagues will hold your order for 14 days and if not collected it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
When collecting your order, to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:
- Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice
What time will my order arrive?
Couriers deliver all orders between 8am and 8pm and if you provide your contact telephone number they may send you an SMS (text) message on the day of delivery or provide a time window.
Delayed orders
Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment, however if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.
There may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken-down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.
What happens if I am out?
Some carriers and orders will need to be signed for, and if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order. Look out for email and text messages from the courier.
Delivery of postage stamps
Orders containing stamps can only be delivered to the billing address that the payment card is registered to.
International deliveries
We are unable to process orders for international delivery via the website. To place an order for international delivery, please call our sales team on 00441270442900 (9 am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
Deliveries are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable. Please note our suppliers only deliver to mainland UK
PO Box and BFPO Deliveries
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for PO Box and BFPO addresses.
