We use FedEx, Hermes, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or XDP to deliver all of our orders. If you have provided us with a mobile number then the Courier may send you an SMS (text) message on the day that your delivery is due. A shipping confirmation email will advise on which courier service has been allocated.
If you have selected Next Day, Named Day or Saturday delivery, please make sure that you are at home to receive your order as a signature as proof of delivery is required.
Some postcodes in Scotland take longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. Unfortunately, UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.
Important information – Deliver to store
You will be sent an email when it is ready for collection. Your order will be held for 14 days and if not collected it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
When collecting your order, to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:
- Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice and proof of ID (payment card, driver’s licence or passport).
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, this is not a problem. Please advise the store of the person collecting your order. To protect you against fraud, the person you nominate to collect your order will need to bring with them:
- Your Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation including order reference number, confirmation email or Invoice and proof of your ID (payment card, driver’s license or passport).
