Click and Collect

Using Click & Collect:

If you have opted to have your order delivered to one of our Ryman Stores, it will be delivered the next working day. When your order arrives in store, you will be sent an e mail to advise your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held for 14 days. If in this time your order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy

Collecting your order yourself:

When collecting your order, to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:

• Your Proof of Purchase (confirmation email/invoice/print out of your order confirmation)
• Proof of ID

Having your order collected by somebody else:

If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, this is not a problem. however please advise us in advance.

The named collector will need to bring in:

• Your Proof of Purchase (confirmation email/invoice/print out of your order confirmation)
• Proof of ID (matching your nominated persons details)
