Its robust tubular steel frame is chip resistant and the main bench can be folded upright for convenient storage when not in use. The deep padded backrest can be easily adjusted to 4 different positions (flat and 3 incline), so you can focus on exercising different muscle groups.
A removable, height adjustable leg attachment with high density protective pads lets you perform a number of exercises such as back leg curls and individual leg extensions. The V-fit STB/09-4 Folding Weight Training Bench System also comes with removable pec-dec attachments with high-density foam pads for butterfly exercises, walk-in height adjustable squat stands, preacher curl pad and full size lat tower.
Suitable for bench press, incline press, butterfly, squats, barbell/dumbbell curls, lat pull-downs, sit-ups and more, the V-fit STB/09-4 Folding Weight Training Bench System is a multi-function, multi-purpose home gym in one fully inclusive package.
