With a traditional look and feel, this gorgeous play house will suit almost any garden space. The 4' x 4' enclosed area, plus small front facing canopy, make this ideal as a first play house. What's more, the Club arrives with a natural honey colour base coat, prepared to allow you to complete the building with a colour of your, or your child's, choosing.

This classic playhouse combines premium quality, practical design, and a pleasing aesthetic. Built from slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure will last through years of use. The 34mm square framing combines with planed 12mm shiplap timber cladding to create a robust build which meets the European Safety Standard for toys. The single opening window is also fitted with plastic safety glazing, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content.

Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. The Club is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver's discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.

Guarantee

All Shire products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery. Additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company's assembly instructions.
