Delivery Options

We offer Free Next Day (Excludes Bank Holidays) courier delivery on all orders over £40 (inc VAT) that are received by 4pm and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.


  • Some areas of the country may attract higher delivery charges due to their more remote locations.
  • Items marked as ‘Third Party Supplier Delivery’ are usually delivered within 3-5 working days but can be up to 15 days depending on the supplier. For Made to Order Furniture orders, you will be personally contacted regarding a delivery slot.

Orders placed below the value of £40 (inc VAT) will incur a small delivery charge.

Delivery of Stamps

Orders containing stamps can only be delivered to the billing address that the payment card is registered to.

Third Party Supplier Orders

Some furniture and storage items are delivered directly from our suppliers and can take longer to arrive – usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days. You will find an estimated delivery time on our product pages. Alternatively you with an order confirmation. In addition, for third party supplier orders, you may be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If a delivery date has been agreed but the delivery is not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply. Some suppliers do not deliver to some Post Codes but we will advise you if our suppliers are unable to make delivery.

When will my order arrive?

We use either FedEx, Hermes, Royal Mail or XDP to deliver all of our orders. If you have provided us with a mobile number then the Courier will send you an SMS (text) message on the day that your delivery is due. A shipping confirmation email will advise on which courier service has been allocated.

If you have selected Next Day, Named Day or Saturday delivery, please make sure that you are at home to receive your order as a signature as proof of delivery is required.

Some postcodes in Scotland take longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. Unfortunately, UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.

Important information – Deliver to store
You will be sent an email when it is ready for collection. Your order will be held for 14 days and if not collected it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

When collecting your order, to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:

  • Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice and proof of ID (payment card, driver’s licence or passport).

  • If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, this is not a problem. Please advise the store of the person collecting your order. To protect you against fraud, the person you nominate to collect your order will need to bring with them:
  • Your Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation including order reference number, confirmation email or Invoice and proof of your ID (payment card, driver’s license or passport).

What time will my order arrive?

Couriers deliver all orders between 8am and 8pm and if you provide your contact telephone number they may send you an SMS (text) message on the day of delivery or provide a time window.

Tracking my order

Your order can be tracked online if shipped via Hermes, FedEx, or XDP. Instructions on how to track your order will be included in an email that we send you once the order has been despatched.

To track the progress of your order, please refer to your email and enter your DM Consignment Code on Meta-Track

Delayed orders

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment, however if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

There may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken-down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.

What happens if I am out?

All items delivered by Fedex, or XDP (Hermes will not require one) will need to be signed for, however, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order.

International deliveries

We are unable to process orders for international delivery via the website. To place an order for international delivery, please call our sales team on 00441270442900 (9 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday)

Deliveries are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable.

PO Box and BFPO Deliveries

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for PO Box and BFPO addresses.
