Simple Origami Ideas

With the schools breaking up for the summer holidays, it can be a challenge to find ways of keeping the kids occupied.

Back to present day and most people get involved in some kind of clean up to give their home or work space a detox.

We’ve been keeping ourselves occupied here in the Ryman office by making origami models. Originally developed in Japan in the seventeenth century, origami is the art of paper folding and is a great activity for kids which involves little more than a sheet of paper!

The Brother website has a series of easy-to-follow tutorials as part of their online Origami School.

We started with the Lion and quickly moved onto the Fox and the Dog.

OK, so it's not very often that a dog, a lion and a fox would hang out together, but these guys are friends!.
